Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions below regulate the use of and sales carried out on Baumgarten Design located on web address www.baumgartendesign.com. You have to be over 18 years of age or have your custodian’s permission to shop at www.baumgartendesign.com. A product purchase assume acceptance of our terms and conditions. The purchase is considered carried out in full as soon as your purchase is confirmed on your screen. All frauds will be reported to the police. Baumgarten Design follows Danish law recommendation in case of a dispute.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information will only be used by Baumgarten Design and by those third parties engaged by us to assist in providing services, information and products to you. Baumgarten Design does not sell, rent, assign or give your information to any third party other than the aforementioned. You are entitled to see the personal information stored upon request. Security
For the safety of your personal information Baumgarten Design uses STRIPE PAYMENT WINDOWS / SSL Certificates to encrypt information passed to and from the website during the payment session. When placing an order you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the padlock icon that appears in the URL line of your browser window when SSL is activated. Baumgarten Design uses cookies in order to improve the experience when browsing and using the website. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings.

Prices
All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT (25%). Baumgarten Design reserve the right to adjust pricing without further notice. The current shipping cost is stated below the pricing in the checkout.

Payment Methods
Baumgarten Design accepts payment by Dankort / VISA / MasterCard. The payment will be charged in full to your account at the time of order dispatch. Credit card payments are made through our partner STRIPE, thus all transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped with DAO, BRING, PostNord or GLS. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only.

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Goods must be picked up within two weeks of notification after which the goods will automatically be sent back to Baumgarten Design. Uncollected goods will result in a charge, which is equivalent to the real cost of shipping. Please note that goods you wish to return still need to be collected to avoid extra charges. The shipping charge will be added to your order and clearly visible on your receipt.
